I passed my college in 2007 and i love this college like the infrastructure now are very good back now when I was there then it's not that much better but now it's is better. I love that college the location is near market.
Academics
I was in ba and I had subject hindi Sanskrit English. The professor was very Great but when I was in college some of teachers was bad too. Like my English teacher was not that good .
Placements
Placement is nice, people from my college get opportunities in work at good educational institute. And now earing in lakhs .

There are very few proper developed facilities provided by college , there is no auditorium, sports ground and the building is quite small doesn't even feel like we are in college pursuing professional degrees lack of proper hostels for boys .

The professors are mid at best , many of them have personality issues which is not very evident first but you gradually get the hang of it after months , and their teaching style is quite boring hardly do they make it seem intresting .
Placements
Only 6 placements last year that explains everything! There has not been a lot of time since the inauguration of our university hence this poor performance the students are capable to an extent but poor academics, and boring atmosphere really explains it all.

The infrastructure is very nice with two buildings and it is getting upgraded day by day new building is opened for students a very neat and clean tasty food serving canteen and clean common rooms as well washrooms for both boys and girls

Placements are not good you can only get 2 to 3 lpa package after completing your graduation and most of the students don't get that only even campus placement are big deal for students of this college very disappointed from that

On the name of college infrastructure, there is only a single building. The college is situated in industrial area so all we can have is dust and polluted air. The college looks like a hauted place with various ghosts.

The teachers are not supportive for year back students or students whose basics are weak. The new professors who has came to college were so supportive and gives extra time to weak students and clear their basics.

There is no such placement in computer science field. Some companies of other departments gives placement to average number of students with an average packages of 2-3 Lakh Per Annum. but ya, the placement process is pleasent and easy btw.

In today’s competitive academic environment, legacy alone is not enough. It is essential to upgrade infrastructure to meet the standards expected of a reputed B-school. Basic amenities such as clean washrooms, well-developed classrooms, and access to safe drinking water are fundamental requirements. Unfortunately, UBS currently falls short in these areas. It is the need of the hour to revamp the infrastructure and align it with contemporary educational standards to maintain its reputation and continue attracting quality students.

The syllabus is often described as being at par with the IIMs, but in reality, it has become outdated. The curriculum places excessive emphasis on rote learning, with minimal focus on practical exposure, industry interaction, or experiential learning, elements that are essential for any modern B-school. There are a few professors who genuinely attempt to bring change. They go beyond their responsibilities to create a meaningful learning environment. However, instead of being encouraged, such efforts are often discouraged. Anyone trying to challenge the existing system risks facing unnecessary difficulties. An institution that proudly speaks of its long legacy once had professors who were deeply committed to their students and played a transformative role in shaping careers and lives. Many of them have either retired or moved on. Today, much of the academic responsibility rests on Junior Research Fellows. While they sincerely put in effort and dedicate time to learning and teaching, relying heavily on them reflects poorly on the structure expected from a reputed B-school. What has increased in recent years is not placements or academic excellence, but internal politics within the department. Instead of fostering collaboration and growth, the environment often feels divided. In such a scenario, merit sometimes seems secondary to affiliations, which is deeply concerning for an academic institution

Unofficially, connections seem to deliver results a little faster than both. Unfortunately, that power often appears reserved for a chosen few. The rest of the batch survives on self-effort, optimism, and perhaps a little divine intervention. For all its flaws and strengths, the place does manage to give you memories that often turn out to be the best two years of your life.
