Eligibility Criteria
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

- Government of Tamil Nadu makes admissions to B.E. / B.Tech. Courses of all the affiliated colleges through a common merit list of candidates administered by Anna University, Chennai.

College Infrastructure
The college has all necessary facilities and equipments. The laboratories are very well equipped with the basic necessities. The library have a vast number of books to read about the academics and other books. The hostels and sports centres are very well equipped and it is maintained clean

College Infrastructure
Well-maintained and modern infrastructure with adequate space for various activities, well-stocked library with sports facility both indoor and outdoor. The hostel is with well-maintained rooms with proper ventilation and sanitation.
Life at kct gives knowledge, skills and pleasure.
