It's a great college but its infrastructure needs to be re-designed , the buildings are from 1990's and There are many cracks in the walls. For First year combined class are being held in NTB(new teaching block) where there a tin shed instead of RCC celling

The academics of the college is really good , I have got a chance to learn from professors who have taught in tier-1 colleges like IIT Bombay. And Yes the academics are updated regularly along with it they also teach us through other extracurricular group projects activity.
Placements
NIT's are being know for their high Avg. packages and startup opportunities. The average package of CSE is 25 Lakhs per annum and companies like Google , Microsoft , Goldman Sachh comes every year for the placement.
Campus Life
Campus life is good, we got auditoriums, parks , a very large area of 650 acres with forest and wildlife.

Overall this is a 9/10 college its very good , have good placement other than that its startup culture and extra curricular activities make the college life more fun

There are good teachers and educators present who give vast knowledge about the subject , the professors have done their P.H.D. from IITS and their teaching practices are really impresive along with that they give projcts which inhance practical knowledge

Some students get placed in TCS , Vipro , Ultra Tech , Tata consultancy . But its not upto the mark like for geting placment in it needs so much hardwork and portfolio and also adter that its not necessary that you will secure a job or not.

You get a vibrant infrastructure with 3 food canteens, a massive playground which have basketball court, football goal nets, cricket field and even a small kabaddi field. We have 3 blocks A, B and C which are named Nistha, Dhriti and Satya. And we are the only ones, after one or two more, who have A.C. on every class rooms. With a big library of two floors. Overall campus is very good...

As I said earlier we have A massive library, and we have renewed professors from various institutions like IITs and NITs. And they are very cooperative, yes they are a bit strict when it comes to studying but for a diligent student this is a massive advantage!!!
Placements
We have a quite a good placement rate especially for B.Com and B.Sc students. We have various societies and even a placement cell for these activities and people of various fields comes to the college to guide students for their career path.

Our college is a bit more oriented towards studies so students sometimes feel a bit frustrated from assignments, Tests, CA and IA but overall campus life is pretty good, we have many foreigners studying here, persuing B.Com, B.Sc, B.A etc.

A college under Delhi University. You can't really expect an infrastructure of private college level. But I ll say its much better than most of the colleges in DU. Maybe because its an all girls' college. But there are all basic facilities. Many of the rooms are aur conditioned.

To study BA Economic Hons in India, its a great place definitely. If you are regular to classes, u ll know the academic rigor is definitely something and eco hons is not something to be taken lightly. Apart from ur teachers are also quite active. They do care abt you. They provide notes with the regular lecture in the classes. If you really wanna study the course, the environment is such that it will minimize your slack off.
Placements
College itself wont help you with placements. Sure Miranda in itself carries some weightage. For Ba in economics everyone will tell you to do masters if you need job in this field. But regular internships are surely helpful.
Campus Life
Campus life of an all girls' college is surely different from coed. Girls are more studios, sincere. You can actually wear whatever you want without becoming a pick me or attention seeker. Nobody will judge you about your looks but solely based on your caliber. For someone who has only seen coed life her whole school. It was worth experiencing once.

It depends on person to personal fs. But coming here, I actually started studying more. Tho you don't have to.Also special mention to the extra curriculars. Be it elections, debating, case comps. Crazy atmosphere. A place to enhance your personality many-er times. If you find better opportunities, very congrats and kudos to you. If you couldn't, trust me its soo much better than so many other places. Coming from someone who listens to lores of every other college of north campus on daily basis.

Infrastructure is really nice and has all the facilities, they are all maintained properly. Although ,classrooms don't have AC they have numerous fans so its manageable and wifi doesn't work properly in the academic blocks.

They follow a FFCS (fully flexible credit system) so you can choose your own professors, class timings and even the days you want to keep your classes on which certainly makes far better than other colleges.

Not really sure about placements yet because currently i am in my 2nd year but they do really provide a lot of opportunities which makes you stand out outside the college and contributes in your resume.

From my experience, the infrastructure is pretty poor in NIT Warangal compared to other colleges. 1st year hostels are very old and the hostels get better as we come to 2nd year (for girls), coming to classrooms, they have basic projector facilities and good seating facilities, according to me. Wifi doesnt work in hostels sometimes, sometimes we face water problems, I would say in overall, it's below average.

Academics are decent in NIT Warangal, Highly proficient and skilled proffesors with 10+ years of experience atleast. Subjects and course are standardised and divided according to certain no of credits.
Placements
According to the college placement statistics, the placement percentage for mechanical branch is about 90% of the eligible candidates. Average CTC for mechanical engineer- 12 LPA. Highest CTC goes upto 42lpa

It's all bout the experience in college life The friends you meet here are everything you need in your BTech life. As they say it's not bout the place, it's bout the people.

Miranda House, DU has an amazing infrastructure and the faculty is also good. You've got all the facilities such as auditorium, laboratories and well furnished classrooms along with three lawns which add to the aesthetic of the college. The college also provides hostel accomodation and the food in the canteen is very tasty, hygienic and affordable. WiFi is also available throughout campus and the library is well equipped with AC computer labs aswell. The space overall is hygienic and there are a lot of spaces for students to sit and take in the atmosphere. The campus is dotted with trees which makes it simple yet amicable. However, the cleanliness of the washrooms can be improved.
Academics
The faculty is nice. There are a lot of senior professors along with newly appointed guest faculty which gives you the best of both long running academic practices and experience along with new techniques and modern changes.
Placements
Since I haven't yet graduated, I don't really know about the placements. However, since Miranda House stands as the 2nd best college ranked by NIRF, I'm sure the placements are good. I have experienced various campus fairs from different education groups which provide facilities to students for further studies.

Campus life is very nice. There are regular fairs or stalls setup and the annual fest is also amazing. You're also allowed to join any fest of any society and overall it's a refreshing experience.

Speaking of the infrastructure-not all classrooms are equipped with projectors and are not huge enough to accommodate large number of students. At times,it becomes chaotic and students have to adjust accordingly.For example,many students opt for a popular course,like political science in their GE and the allotted classrooms falll short of benches. But in other courses/classes, I feel this basic infrastructure is sufficient and somehow students/teacher-find other alternatives,to compensate for the absence of projectors in classrooms. I personally feel that the living spaces,especially the lawns are quite vibrant and the college doesn’t compromise on cleanliness.One can find wide range of books in the college library too-books ranging from subjects like sociology,polity,philosophy,law to mathematics,physics etc.The canteen food is also hygienic,tasty and budget-friendly in my opinion. The utensils are also properly washed the workers also wear gloves.

It’s been only one year since I joined this college,so I got to interact with only a few professors. I’m pursing BAhons philosophy,as my subject interest lies in theoretical aspects and I like questioning assumptions and reflect on things deeply, analytically. As a UPSC aspirant,I feel this course will also help as my optional,and solving ethics paper and answer questions in interviews. My course (philosophy hons) demands critical thinking,questioning and debating in classrooms,so few of my professors do not focus only on rote learning,but conceptual understanding by linking our syllabus with real-life situations. They try to make make classes sound interactive,instead of a monologue and the assignments like performing a play,writing movie reviews also create more interest towards the subject. But again this quality of teaching varies amongst the teacher and the course. Few professors put you in uncomfortable situations and make us reflect deeply,whereas few just recite lines from the reader and strictly stick to the syllabus.I feel any course,by itself doesn’t make us job-ready,but the skills and competency we develop in this journey makes us ready.

I’m still in my first year,so I don’t really know much about the placements and all. But I feel that the quality of the placements is good in my college,and I’m saying this based on an orientation event of the placement cell,which i attended.

The best thing here is diversity-one can get to meet people from various background and alll over the country. It’s fun to interact with diverse people and learn their language. Days during even semester is very happening -one can see the Nescafé lawns decorated with beautiful stalls,crowd from various departments and colleges,as almost everyday some of the other event takes place. Like one day it’s a department festival of a particular department and the next day it’s a society fest. The seniors I came across, are also very sweet and welcoming. They do not sound superior or dominant and are very helpful in nature. It’s definitely fun to be a part of societies as they not only help in skill enhancement,but also add meaning and memories to your college life.

I feel college experience is a subjective matter,but I personally feel that friends play a huge role in it. Even though one ended up in a course which they didn’t prefer,dislike their professors or get fed up by the tantrums the admin office people throw,the harsh weather conditions in Delhi,despite everything-one finds peace when they are with their right people-friends.

i currently pursuing hotel management course at Vivekananda global University and the college infra is very big But in many things there is need to improve they are sometimes water coller not work properly and there is no smartboards in classroom .
