The Department of Architecture and Planning, MANIT Bhopal has been engaged in imparting Architecture education for more than 54 years. The B. Architecture degree program was established in the year 1963 with an intake of 15 students. The current intake in the B. Architecture programme is 80 students. In the year 1992, a Post Graduate course in Urban Development Planning was also started in the Department.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should have successfully passed 10+2 examination with the combination of subjects prescribed by AICTE, New Delhi, for respective discipline.
Admission Details
Admission is based on the relative performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as per directions issued by the MHRD, New Delhi from time to time.

The college infrastructure was not up to my level when I enter the college, the buildings were old and their were many cracks. But other than this the college has vast variety of nature parks and forest area with a lot of nature point that add up to its infrastructure

Not so good infrastructure, buildings are old and needs renovation. New department buildings are becoming like vehicle eng. department are constructed in modern way but old core branch buildings and architecture block has no signs of development at all
