Bharati Vidyapeeth Abhijit Kadam Institute in Solapur is known for management and computer courses like BBA, BCA, MBA, and MCA. The college is part of Bharati Vidyapeeth, so it carries a good name and recognition, which helps students in their career.
The teaching is student-friendly. Teachers explain topics in simple ways and also give real examples from business and IT. Regular classes, projects, and group work help students build confidence. MBA and MCA students also get case studies and practical tasks to prepare for the professional world.
Placement support is decent, especially for MBA and MCA students. Companies from banking, sales, IT, and business fields visit the campus. Bharati Vidyapeeth Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences, Solapur, is a good option for students interested in management and computer studies. It gives supportive teachers, a calm campus, and decent opportunities, though placements can be better for some streams.
College infrastructure is upto the mark if seen with respect to the low affordable fees. Library, computer lab and sports facilities are present. Classrooms are well ventilated and spacious but lack ACs
The professors are highly qualified and academics are good but common du thing is regular cancellation of classes, over dependence on internals for class test and not continuous assessment is common. Academics are good overall but not very strict. Also, the NEP has negatively impacted academics with the introduction of sec, vac,AEC etc
placement is average with moderate no of companies coming. The average realistic package is 6 to 10 lpa for people with good CVs. Total no of students placed is less compared to no of students as most students don't sit in placements as they opt for higher studies.
Campus life here is absolutely excellent due to the beautiful campus. Students and crowd is very diverse ranging to all courses and backgrounds. Attendance is not a issue so campus life is good overall

This year is the last year of the campus for me as I completed my MBA recently I have given exams. Workshops guest lecture and career counselling sessions are available to help students learning and build new skills. I will give grade A for quality of teaching.
Placement packages depends on student capabilities and his knowledge. So the more knowledge you have the better salary package will be. About 72-80% student placed average packages about 10 lakh per annum. And yes college is so supportive.
College has focused atmosphere ideal for studying and has modern academy infrastructure and facilitate with extra curricular activities.
Ethernet connectivity is available in hostel rooms and the library (1 Gbps speed), with Wi-Fi throughout the hostel and academic block, and in the library (100 Mbps). The food can be considered fair, with the menu undergoing slight changes every two months. For the mechanical department, we have dedicated labs, workshops, and sandbox areas.
The pass percentage should be well over 80%. Exams can be considered difficult and hectic, especially the midterms. Teachers are very knowledgeable, and I believe what we are taught is largely relevant to the industry. The course doesn't feel outdated, and students have benefited from industry training through internship programs
The better part is that over 80% of students find placements. The lowest salary would be around 8 LPA, while the highest could exceed 20 LPA, with the average being 12 LPA. Top recruiters include Mercedes, L&T, and BHEL from the mechanical stream, and students can also choose to pursue non-teaching roles, which many do.

Placement opportunities are growing every year. Many IT companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys visit the campus. Students from Computer, IT, and Electronics branches get good chances. For core branches, placements are less but improving. With proper preparation, students can get decent packages and also pursue higher studies or government exams.
Campus life at Orchid College is active and enjoyable. Students take part in annual fests, cultural functions, and sports competitions. Technical events like project exhibitions and hackathons are also organized. The atmosphere is safe, supportive, and ragging-free, with boys and girls participating equally in all activities.
NK Orchid College of Engineering Solapur is a good choice for students in the region. It provides quality education, supportive teachers, decent placements, and an affordable fee structure. With its balanced focus on academics and activities, it helps students build knowledge, confidence, and career opportunities.
Classrooms are modern and equipped with projectors for digital learning. Every department has its own laboratory with proper equipment and updated systems. The central library is large, with thousands of books, national and international journals, along with digital resources for research. Wi-Fi connectivity is available in most parts of the campus, which helps students in their academic work. Hostel facilities are provided for both boys and girls with decent rooms and a safe environment. The food in the mess is hygienic and serves both North and South Indian dishes.
Many professors hold postgraduate degrees and PhDs in their respective fields, and they teach with good clarity. They help students with academics, project work, and research activities. Teachers are patient in clearing doubts and encourage students to participate in workshops, seminars, and technical competitions. The syllabus is updated in line with industry requirements, and some professors use innovative teaching methods like PPTs and case studies while others prefer board teaching for better understanding.

Many well-known companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and Capgemini visit the campus regularly. A few students even get offers from companies like Amazon, L&T, and Bosch. The highest package can reach around 20–25 LPA for select profiles, while the average package usually stays between 4–6 LPA. The college also provides internships in reputed firms that give good industry exposure.
The college is good in terms of facilities and infrastructure. It has all the required things for the B.Ed department. The library has good collection of education related books which we need for being a teacher. the campus is small but clean and food is hygienic.
I have pursued my bachelor degree of education from here as this is solely for B.ED and the course curriculum is updated and the quality of teaching is very good. The admission took place through entrance exam conducted by Assam University as it is affiliated to it.
Placement opportunities are not very formalized and the college has poor connections with big schools but the teachers do inform for various opportunities or teachers posts if any vacant. The internship is good you will learn practical teaching experience. So direct placements is not something you would find great.
Amrapali institute situated in Haldwani surrounded by beautiful nature at village place but has all facilities So neat and clean modern smart classes proper hygiene facility cafeteria is available library which is well equipped and Wi-Fi connection all things well maintained
There is a different departments for different courses management department for BBA BCom students science department for BSC and hotel management department. Means all UG and PG courses are available. And teachers are so supportive in nature help in every task.
Amrapali institution has different placement cells and internship cells where they prepare the student for the placements conduct mock interviews. Here we get internship from 2nd year. 65 to 70% student get placement opportunities with their average package of 5 lakhs per annum.
This institute is popularly good for HM students de provide very good package for HM one.
They are way more supportive. Our department has modern labs, smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a rich library. Hostels are well-maintained with good food in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are available 24/7, and sports amenities support various indoor and outdoor games.
It is quite complicated, but it’s better for our future. Like a bitter gourd, it won’t taste good, but it is good for health. Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable with interactive teachi
The package offered is 18 LPA and 10 LPA. The B.Teach CSE 2024 batch had 85% placements with the highest packages. Top recruiters included Infosys and Wipro. 70% got internships in reputed firms, and roles offered were software engineering, data analyst, web developer, etc. Overall, it’s all good.
The overall infrastructure of shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, DU is good . It has the laboratories, sports ground, amphitheatre, auditorium, library along with normal classrooms. Also the college has a hostel.
The academics of this college is also good with decent curriculum. The quality of teaching is quite decent. The updated curriculum is followed by the teachers and students. Also there are many additional courses being offered as per the New education policy for skill enhancement.
The placement of Shaheed Rajguru College, DU is quite decent as far I know from my seniors. Their is a placement cell helping students in their on campus placement processes. Some finance related courses are offered more placements.
N.K. Orchid College of Engineering and Technology in Solapur is a private institute that attracts many students from nearby districts. It is known for giving a degree at an affordable cost compared to bigger city colleges.
The college provides large rooms for study, along with labs for different branches. Students spend time on assignments, practicals, and projects in these spaces. The setup is basic, yet it is enough for day-to-day learning.
When it comes for placements and career support, the college has a training cell that tries to connect students with companies. Some students get jobs in IT and local industries. But many also prepare for exams or higher studies because placement offers are not always strong.
Life on the campus is simple. There are events like cultural programs, sports matches, and technical gatherings. Students take part with interest, though the variety of activities is limited compared to big institutes.
Overall about this is fair choice for those who want a degree in engineering without very high expenses. It offers supportive teachers and a calm campus, but students must put in extra effort outside to build their careers strongly.
College infrastructure is quite well and good.It has proper classes, proper labs. It has big ground for sports. There is big and spacious seminar hall for different events and cultural fests. Facility of library, hostel and canteen are also there
Teachers are highly qualified. They are always ready to support there student.Academic staff is also cooperative and the fellow students are also supportive. Students - Teachers interactive classes made environment more positive.
Placement are quite strong. Every year placement unit or cell make ensure to invite most known companies in the campus. Placement unit arrange interview sessions for students and mock test session to prepare for job.
It is fun and learning for students.
My college has almost all necessary facilities like it has proper smart classrooms , laboratory for practical learning. It has big ground for sports, cafeteria, library and hostel facility. Teachers and academic staff are supportive. There is quality teaching session between students and teachers. Beside learning and gaining, there is something happening like there is big auditorium where all the big events are held. Placement is good, many Students got the their dream job on highest package.
Recently new meta building is built. So its more spacious now. Library, classrooms, and labs are of course on top notch. The labs and lab assistant teachers are also good. Real issue is with Wi-Fi. In most of campus area, there are a lot of network as well as Wi-Fi issues. About hostel, its not less than home. Mess food is a little messed up. But its better than other colleges' mess. There are two canteens in the college. The meta canteen is good. But both canteens are a bit suffocating.
Teachers are good. But the distribution of teachers is not good. In my case mechanical branch got most perfect teachers compared to us for the same subject. And for us we have teachers who don't teach that well and also who don't give proper marks in exams too. So, it badly affects our overall CGPA. Exams a good and strict too. About curriculum, we have a lot of clubs around 50, and gathering, impression, mindspark, etc. Some clubs are really good for career growth like robotics, aerospace, etc.
Almost 77% of students in metallurgy branch got placed last year. The highest package is around 25 LPA and the average salary is 8 LPA. Core industries like steel companies, mining, etc., are strongly approaching metallurgy students. Some students have chosen non-core roles too and some went for higher studies.
Shyam Lal College, which is part of Delhi University, has been a good learning experience for me so far. Being a DU college, the academic structure is already well-defined, but the overall journey depends a lot on how actively you participate in classes, societies, and events. Here is my detailed review of different aspects of the college.
The B.Com program at Shyam Lal College follows Delhi University's well-structured curriculum. Core subjects like Financial Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, and Corporate Laws are taught in detail. The faculty ensures that the fundamentals are clear, which helps not only for semester exams but also for competitive exams like CA, CS, and MBA entrances. Regular internal assessments, projects, and presentations keep the academic environment active. However, the syllabus is mostly theory-based, so students who want more practical exposure might feel the need to join external workshops or internships.
Placements are moderate. The placement cell tries to bring companies on campus, but opportunities are more in sales, marketing, BPOs, and entry-level roles. Average packages are around modest levels, and very few top corporates visit compared to DU's premium colleges. For students aiming for high-paying jobs, pursuing higher studies like MBA, M.Com, or professional courses (CA, CFA, CS) is advisable. On the positive side, the placement cell also connects students with internships, which helps in building practical experience.
Campus life at Shyam Lal is as vibrant as you make it. There are several active societies debating, dramatics, dance, music, and commerce clubs which organize cultural fests, competitions, and events throughout the year. The annual fest is the highlight, with good participation. If you join societies, you'll enjoy an engaging and fun-filled college life. Otherwise, campus can feel a little monotonous. Students are generally friendly and open to networking, which adds to the experience.
My overall experience at Shyam Lal College has been positive. It provides a solid academic base, helpful faculty, and decent opportunities for extracurricular growth at an affordable fee. Placements may not be very strong, and infrastructure could improve, but the college gives you enough space to grow if you take initiative. With active participation in societies and focus on academics, you can make your three years here both enjoyable and productive.
The entire campus consists of air-conditioned and well-furnished classrooms, and the library has ample books and online materials related to the MCA program. The laboratories are also equipped with the latest systems and software, and the campus organizes annual sports competitions and technology fests, which make learning fun.
The majority of the faculty is very knowledgable and approachable. They are well experienced in academics as well as in industry practices. Although some of them have a hardline approach, the rest are helpful and ensure interactive learning by way of projects, workshops, and group discussions. Industry requirements are followed in the curriculum so that students become job-ready at the leading MNCs.
The placement situation at MIET is quite impressive. A total of 70–80% of students from our batch are placed in good companies via campus placements. The maximum package provided is approximately 12 LPA, while the average package is around 5–6 LPA. Major recruiting companies are TechVista, CodeSphere, Innovex Solutions, and DataLabs.
There are labs in every semester. The lab facility is very good. There are plenty of machines for studying. There are separate libraries for every department in the college. The hostel rooms and bathrooms are clean; however, the hostel food is very bad. Plenty of sports activities are available for both boys and girls
Teachers are very helpful and supportive in academics. They have proper knowledge about what they are teaching. The syllabus is outdated. They need to teach new technologies and innovative things. Semester exams are very tough and hard to pass.
They are placed according to their preference. Some chose for higher studies, and some went abroad for jobs. Everyone can apply for placement and are selected according to their performance in the interview. Main companies are Yamaha, Royal Enfield, Eicher. Everyone can participate in internships from the college. The college itself provides internship facilities inside the college.
My BMS college provides excellent infrastructure for students. The classrooms are designed for comfort and better learning, with projectors and digital tools. Labs are modern and well-equipped for hands-on training. The central library is large and offers access to international journals and online resources. Hostel facilities are good, with Wi-Fi, nutritious food, and safe living arrangements. The college has sports grounds, gymnasiums, and cultural activity halls, ensuring that students get both academic and non-academic growth.
Faculty are well-qualified and very supportive. Many hold PhDs and are involved in research activities. They focus on holistic teaching and help students in both academics and projects. Professors encourage innovation and guide students in competitions, hackathons, and internships. They are also approachable for career guidance, whether it’s for placements, higher studies, or entrepreneurship.
Good Placements are key thing in my college. The average package is ₹6–7 LPA, with top offers going above ₹40 LPA. Software and IT companies hire the largest number of students, but there are also good opportunities in core companies for non-IT branches. Big recruiters include Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Bosch, and Accenture. Students also get exposure to startups and international companies.
There are several labs with modern computers and software for practicals. The campus also consists of good sports facilities, and the college conducts different extracurricular activities and programs each year to keep the atmosphere healthy.
The professors adopt cutting-edge teaching techniques and give project, internship, and placement guidance. The MCA program at MIET is properly planned and industry-focused, and the students become job-ready by the time they graduate.
The maximum package is 12 LPA, and the minimum is approximately 4 LPA. There are many good companies like Capgemini, Infosys, and Cognizant that visit the college frequently. The job positions offered are software developer, data analyst, and system engineer, providing the students with several options to select based on their interest and capabilities.
Labs and classrooms hostles with the faculty members of AC and Non AC in option with num of beds. All are with top quality and Mess also there are a lot of options with Non veg, non veg and special mess ( with extra juices and all )that is optional we can choose.
Teachers are with top class and knowledgeable and the quality of teaching is first class and they are very friendly and helpful and ciricullam is quite acceptable when it comes to exams I would say there are cat1 and cat2 which is open book so that we try to learn the concept in depth rather by hearting the process and pass percentage is 50
could say compared last 2 years placements are kept on increasing in number top companies visit every year and also the main positive is that there are so many clubs that u learn from and more to explore for the new things, choice of selecting the faculty members of our own and many more facilities that a student should get and one negative is that too much crowded.
