Our hostel is very good and spacious. We have attached washrooms in our hostel and also with air-conditioners. The best view is provided from our hostel surroundings. We have well advanced computer labs and have a digital library which is open till midnight.
Academics
Faculty members are supportive and familiar with students. They are very highly talented, along with a doctorate certificate. They provide very good guidance for all students. Our curriculum includes events like appathons and hackathons, which are conducted over 24 hours.
Placements
Top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The highest salary package offered in our college is 42 LPA and almost all students got jobs from all branches. Students secured internships from high companies with a stipend of Rs. 90,000. We have CRT program, which is conducted before placement in order to train students.

Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. We rate them 8 out of 10. The college's working hours are 8.30 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday. Each 1st and 3rd Saturday of college is a holiday. From second year onwards, college will take an industrial visit every 3 months.

College placement is good. Yearly, nearly 50+ companies will come to interview the students, including Wipro, Infosys, etc. The average package is 350000 to 400000, and the highest package in my college is 1800000. The percentage of students who were placed in our course last year was 40-50%.

Faculty is good and very supportive when it comes to academics. Overall, the studies are good. The exams and the curriculum depends on the university which is VTU. Academically if you have an issue, the faculty is ready to help, but you have to request for any other kind of help. The point is, the faculty has a good knowledge about subjects but their teaching is questionable
Placements
The placements in the core sector are not good but CS and IT are good have good placements with top roles offered of developer and other positions. Recruiting companies are generally mass recruiters who offer packages varying between 3 to 7 lacs. Higher packages are offered majorly in CS branches, the core offers are low in the beginning.

Placements in our college are very good. Almost 60% of our students got placed in very different multinational companies. Companies like Wipro, TCS and many other companies visited our campus for placements. The highest salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. Almost 30-20% of the students got internships in various companies like Tata, Havells etc.

Companies should also be invited from a wider range of sectors to increase placement chances for all departments. With better preparation and support, students can perform much better during campus recruitment
Campus Life
Campus life in the college is decent and peaceful. Students get to interact with people from different backgrounds, which helps in building friendships and teamwork. However, there are very few extracurricular or cultural activities conducted, which makes the campus environment less engaging. More events, clubs, and student activities would make the college life more enjoyable and help students explore their talents beyond academics. The surroundings of the campus are clean and calm, creating a good atmosphere for studying. With more student involvement and regular events, the campus could become much more lively and balanced between studies and fun.

There is well-furnished furniture with maintenance at its best. The beautiful garden is the center of attraction and attracts newcomers and many outsiders. The faculty members are veterans and well-versed in subjects with passion and commitment for teaching and 100% pass percentage. The principal himself is a motivation to other faculty members with heart touching nature. Our college is accredited by NAAC and affiliated to AICTE.

There have been no placements in the past years, but now our college has introduced classes called SEED (student empowerment enhancement development). We get good information about interviews, and we are getting the confidence to get selected in companies. Companies like Infosys, Cialfor, Prototech and many more visited our colleges for placements.

I have heard before coming to college that the placements in our college is around 6 lakhs pa. Now seniors say that only marketing placements are any good and finance placements are not there at all. We have a placement committee though.

Ok first of all there was no parking, there was no WiFi and no cleanliness at all especially in boys washrooms. Lift also didn’t work. The college was in BHEL campus. The canteen was the worst, with rude staff.

Curriculum overall was really bad, but finance teacher was one saving grace, that sir teaching was really great. We did get assignments and it was easy to get marks especially in internals. English subject was nice.

We did not have placements at all. In my college last year there was Covid so no placements attention was given, no companies came and no placements were done from my batch. Everything was being done virtually and we did not have a dedicated placement cell as well.

The quality of teaching is good, teachers are really cooperative, they help us resolving queries and questions and also motivates us to pursue our dreams. The curriculum is industry relevant and we are provided case studies and assignments in which we visit the factories actually and understand the processes. We are also been provided with add on courses such as excel, power bi, etc.

I'm a first year student so i dont actually know about the placements but I've heard about the placements provided like they aren't up to mark in certain domains like finance, IT, etc. The average is stated to be 7 LPA but seniors says that their aren't enough packages.

Vesim do have a good campus. It has got the sitting area infront of the building and also a little garden kind of pace with a vivekananda statue in between.Staff is kind and helpful here. We also have turf above the building where we can engage in sports activities.

In this college we have good infrastructure and climate conditions. We have Wi-Fi facility and central library. Once in a week sports we be conducted. Some of the faculty is too good. They are very useful to the students not only for subject but also in personal. The use projectors for coding and diagrammatic. We get industry visit for yearly once. For the CSE students I think it is not much use full.

In this college we don't have good opportunity for the placements. But faculty is trying to get the companies for the students. Until now they provide 10 companies but all are product base and marketing companies. Campus providing SEED class to the students about awareness of interview. Drgcop is a decent college. I won't say its the best college but it a practical gives exposure which might not be given in other colleges yet I would say it doesn't have that good infrastructure and buildings and benches.

Drgcop is good academically. It takes various curricular and extracurricular activities in and out of the college which improves students morale and also give students to improve their decision making skills.

College doesn't provide that much placements. It give opportunities that involve various placement drive pool but that for the medical coding and marketing jobs but not the regulatory jobs and R&D jobs.

We have knowledgeable faculty members in various subjects and they will be quite helpful in your growth. The course curriculum will be updated from time to time by industry standards and it will be relevant. Exams are easy to clear if you have a clear understanding and the pass percentage is above 90 almost all times.

In the 2017-21 batch of CSE, almost all the students got placed because of various drives from companies. The technical growth you gain from 4 years will make it easy to get placed. Companies like Amazon, Virtusa, TCS, Capgemini, CTS, etc., are some of the top recruiting companies. A good amount of students got internships in CTS, Mac software where you can even be offered FTE

College Academic buildings and labs are well equipped for the most part. Every equipment works but the usage is very limited. Instead of the smart board being used for a deeper dive and visual learning, it ended up being used to put up pre made slides from a few years back by the teachers (2 teachers to be specific in Civil Engineering department) But there are others as well that use it well. The transportation department teachers were very good at visually explaining an otherwise monotonous chapter for example. The labs on the other hand, we had like 1/4th of the semester one time, where the hydraulics lab was under maintenance for most experiments. Besides that the experience has been good. Cleanliness and working water coolers and toilets is on the positive side, especially 2nd year onwards when you are in your own department building (Civil/ EE/ ME/ Chemical) the center court is an open space with greenery and as a student, one of the highlights of hanging out and strolling in the teaching block. You must get your library card made as well, not only for older hard copies of books, but for their digital section as well that helps access research papers on behalf of MANIT. In all, the facilities are there, though sometimes you have to push harder to make use of them.

Teaching quality really depends on who is teaching. For the Civil Department, especially a lot of younger professors are more engaging and research focused. They reach out and extend opportunities to students to work on projects to get better understanding of the subject and are really approachable. Older faculty like Nitin Dindolker, MS Chauhan and SK Dubey sir are also great at teaching in detail. They brought up real life applications all the time and made us wonder the real challenges besides just mathematical calculations.

Pretty average placements. Though the drive in Civil Engineering department was pretty lack lustre as well. Most civil students are preparing for GATE. But the TnP cell tried their best to get as many oportunities as they can. Its run by a student body with student interests in mind. The choices were good for major civil engineering firms like L&T, Aditya Birla, Reliance etc though many being in remote areas away from urban areas did drive me away from applying. Regardless, I was preparing for higher studies as well.
Campus Life
The campus itself is beautiful and even though the ban on personal vehicles hit hard, I think the alternative with the E-buses is working wonderfully and is for the greater good. The lush greenery freshens you up in the morning and if your hostel is at the right spot, maybe a view of Kaliyasot Dam as well. The campus being located so close to New Market is such a big bonus. We would usually go out to eat and wander around during breaks at Mata Mandir Samosa spot or Sagar gaire/ VIshnu fast food.
Overall, it is a good college to succeed.

It is the best college. Food ranking is based on meal plan costs and student reviews. Top-ranked colleges offer outstanding on-campus dining buffets, which are usually not my favorite way to dine out, but the desire for some good Indian food overruled that. The variety of dishes is really good, and the food is tasty and fresh.

The faculty members are good. The curriculum is well updated. Not all lecturers are knowledgeable, and some of them are just for namesake as they project some presentations copied from some random webpages and read them and complete the chapters very fast, but some faculty are good and knowledgeable.

Amazon and TCS companies offered jobs and internships in our college. The packages range from 2-9 LPA. There are no placements for core students. Apart from IT jobs, we need industrial visits to get good practical knowledge. Conducting workshops is essential for learning

I am pursuing my degree in Computer Science because I have a strong interest in technology, programming, and problem-solving. The quality of teaching is overall satisfactory — most of the faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable. They explain concepts clearly and are willing to help students outside class hours as well. The curriculum is fairly updated and includes subjects related to emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Data Science. Still, it could be improved by adding more industry-oriented projects and internships to give students real-world exposure. Regular workshops, seminars, and hackathons are conducted, but more collaboration with companies would make the program even stronger. Overall, the academic experience is good, and the college genuinely focuses on helping students grow both technically and personally. With a little more focus on practical learning and updated teaching methods, it could easily become one of the top choices for aspiring students.

terms of placements, the picture is mixed at our college. On the positive side, the campus recruitment cell does bring in a fair number of companies each year, and several students in core and IT branches have managed to land decent offers. However, when you look at the numbers more closely, the percentage of eligible students actually placed isn't as high as one might hope. Many students cite that only a moderate portion of the batch—perhaps around half or slightly more—end up with on-campus offers. Moreover, while there are some higher packages, the average offers tend to lean toward the lower side, especially in non-core branches or for students who did not proactively engage in preparation. A recurring issue is that internships, real-world project experience and soft-skills training could have been stronger, which often limits the type of recruiters who visit. Also, a good number of students either go for higher studies or try off-campus placements because the on-campus drive doesn’t cover everyone. Overall: the placement environment is functional, but not exceptional. If you’re willing to put in effort—stay actively involved, polish your skills, network, and maybe look beyond campus drives—you’ll find opportunities. On the extracurricular side, there are clubs for cultural activities, music, drama, and sports teams (football, cricket or badminton) so it’s not just about classes — there’s a chance to engage beyond academics. However, it’s not perfect. Some buildings and facilities show signs of wear: certain classrooms are cramped, the ventilation in older blocks is weak, and sometimes the mess or hostel facilities could be better maintained. The indoor recreational options (like indoor games, lounges) are somewhat limited, so when weather is bad or during exam stress, there aren’t as many relaxing options as one might hope. Activities-wise, students can join sports grounds for morning/evening play, participate in cultural fests, take part in clubs, attend talks or workshops, and socialise in the cafeterias or common areas. In short: the campus provides a good base for student life and extra-curricular engagement, but it could become even better with improved upkeep and more indoor / sheltered spaces for when outdoor options aren’t ideal.
