    BA-LLB is a full-time five-year dual degree course in the field of administrate law. The students during the five-year course cover various arts subjects from different areas such as Indian History, Political Science, English/ Hindi, Economics, Sociology, World History, and Sociological Issues along with specialized courses in administrating law and legislature of the country. BA-LLB degree not only focuses on classroom teaching but also conducts various training sessions, case studies, mock drills, and interactive sessions for students. BA-LLB graduates are in demand across the country and can easily find jobs in both government and the private sector.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • The candidates must have completed their education up to the higher secondary level.
    • The school from which students obtain their class 12th degree must be affiliated with a recognized central or state board of education.
    • It is mandatory for the candidate to have received passing marks in all the subjects that he/ she has at the 10 + 2 level.
    • The aggregate marks scored by the student in the class 12th board exams should not be less than 50%.
    • English has to be a compulsory subject in class 12th.
    • The candidate will be required to appear for CLAT in the year in which he/ she seeks admission to the university.

    All admissions shall be made on the basis of the merit of the Common Law Admission Test-Under Graduate (CLAT-UG). Eligibility is subject to the guidelines of GGSIPU, 

    Admission Details

    All admissions shall be made on the basis of the merit of the Common Law Admission Test-Under Graduate, (CLAT-UG) which is conducted by National Law University on a rotational Basis. The University shall not conduct its own CET for admissions but shall be utilizing the merit prepared on the basis of (CLAT-UG) Merit for its admissions.
