Hello,

Yes you can give improvement exam to increase percentage of class 12th board exams if you can prepare well for it.But if you had appeared for class 12th board exams this year i.e 2018 then you will not be eligible to appear for jee advanced in 2020.However,you can appear for jee mains in 2020.

Of course you shallbe nade eligible if your aggregate score in improvement exam is more than 75 % marks across Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

This shall make you eligible for JEE Main and Advanced and hence, all IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
