With a rank of around 42,000 in SC category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in nsit in CSE or It branches when comparing the results of previous years since you are a non resident of Delhi. The closing ranks for these branches were around 30,000 in SC category for other state candidates. But, you can get ECE. Also,one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
