Yes you can apply for Acharya Nagarjuna University for VLSI and embedded design system. Based on your rank in OC girls category you can get a seat in ec branch and vlsi specialization in Chalapathi Institute of Engineering and Technology. The cutoff for this colleges was way higher than your rank, so you can easily expect a seat in this college in your desired branch.
Another college which offers VLSI and embedded systems course is V R Siddhartha Engineering college under Acharya Nagarjuna University. But from last year's data seats did not remian for OC girls category in VLSI course in this college.
But cutoffs vary every year and hence you should apply for both the college. May be this year you could get a seat.

Acharya Nagarjuna University is one of the oldest colleges for Engineering in the state. This Institute has been rated with AAA grade by Careers360. It has been ranked within 400 to 600 in Impact Ranking by Times Higher Education 2020. In terms of academically , the college is pretty good as the course is backed up renowned faculties and being one of the oldest colleges, the professors are highly experienced and qualified.

Coming to placements, the placement percentage lies around 65 to 70%. However, most of the placements are grabbed by Computer Science students. Companies such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Dharani Infotech etc recruit CS engineers from the college. But the highest package offered by the companies is not so impressive. These companies hire with an average package of 3 to 4 lpa. Few companies such as RS Software, Randstad etc hire with around 6 lpa.
