B.Tech Food Technology is a full-tIme four-years course and it is offered by Anand Agricultural University, Anand and course is approved by ICAR.
Admission will be on Entrance Based conducted by Government of Gujarat.
Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSCE) (10+2 System) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Group-A-PCM) subjects from any statutory Board with science stream, minimum 40% marks for General & SEBC Category, 35% Marks for SC & ST Category and English as a compulsory subject. The candidate must clear the entrance test conducted by the Government of Gujarat.
