Before I go into the details of the fee structure of Bachelors of Business Law course (assuming you mean to ask about this course itself) in Annamalai University, Annamali Nagar, I would like to point to a few basic but important details which you must know. 

Annamalai University is a reputed government university with NAAC grade 'A'. However, you must bear in mind that it is a distance education university, such that the programmes it offers are distance learning programmes which means that mode of teaching would not be regular but may include weekend classes only or you might be required to be physically present at the centre only for exams, et.al. 

Now, you should remember that while you can get a degree of Bachelors in Business Law (3 years course) from Annamalai University, you will not be able to practice as a lawyer after completing this degree. It is so because as per the norms of Bar Council of India (BCI), no candidate who does his/her Bachelors in Law from other than regular mode are allowed to practice the profession. However, if you are looking to enhance your knowledge of Business Law and you do not have apt time at hand to join a regular mode, joining Annamalai University for the same is a great option.

      To give you a brief idea, Distance learning is a way of learning remotely without being in regular face-to-face contact with a teacher in the classroom.
