The Psychology Department offers a range of courses structured around three tiers: Fundamental Courses, Core Domain Courses, and Electives. These courses give students both the breadth of the discipline and sufficient depth for students who wish to have a more narrow specialization within a domain. Note that some courses have prerequisites (courses that must be taken before enrolling in a particular course); co requisites (courses that must be taken concurrently); and preclusions (courses that have sufficiently similar emphasis and must not be taken together with that course). Most courses are worth 4 credits (unless otherwise stated), and the workload for each 4-credit course is about 10 hours per week.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who have appeared for their final board examinations are required to submit the scores of all the subjects they have undertaken as a part of their class XII final board examinations -In case an applicant is awaiting his/her final examination results at the time of filling in and submitting the application form, he/she is required to submit their predicted grades/scores. Predicted grades/scores are the estimated final grades/scores of the Class XII board examinations.

The predicted grades/scores may be provided by the school counselor/any other relevant school authority. In the absence of official predicted grades/scores, applicants also have the option of submitting self-predicted grades/scores -In case an applicant has received only grades instead of numeric scores in class XI and/or XII, applicants will have to submit a school-approved conversion scale for the Admissions Committee to be able to convert the grades into numeric scores.

Admission Details

A holistic selection process aims at determining both the fulfilled and potential merit of an applicant. Candidates will be evaluated on their consistent academic performance, active engagement outside the curriculum, and personal impact in terms of challenges they might have faced and overcome. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their Ashoka Aptitude Test. application will be invited for an interview.

College Infrastructure

1)Yes, the college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment to its utmost quality to felicitate students learning. 2) Ashoka University offers Wi-Fi enabled smart classrooms, advanced laboratories, a well stocked library, modern sports facilities and fully residential hostels. 3) Yes, the living spaces and the washrooms are generally kept clean by housekeeping staff and student hygiene is decent overall.

College Infrastructure

College campus is really great as compared to other universities and colleges they have canteen with hygienic foods and it is reasonable also they also have a dress code for this students and they provide basic facilities such as good classroom well maintain library and campus 24 hour electricity and water facility and clean campus
