Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biotechnology Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offered by the Bennett University, Greater Noida.

B.Tech Biotech offered by the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, imparts domain-specific technical knowledge, skills, and develops an entrepreneurial mindset among graduates right from the 1st semester. The core curriculum provides a research-enabled project-based learning environment to help students specialise in domains such as Biomedical, Food & Agriculture, Environment and Energy.

The B.Tech Biotechnology syllabus aims to broaden academic profile through minor specialisations in AI and Machine Learning in healthcare, biomedical engineering, IoT, nanotechnology, and clinical informatics. In addition, the opportunity for industry internships, exchange in foreign institutions, theme-based research projects in-house or at reputed R&D institutions in India or abroad give students the overall learning experience.

Passed XII standard from any recognised Education Board with Physics and Biology/Biotechnology/Botany/Zoology as compulsory subjects and obtained minimum 60% marks along with any other third subject OR IB Board with minimum score of 24.
