Creative and productive inquiry shall be the basic concept underlying the research work. The academic program leading to the Ph.D. degree is broad-based. It involves specified course work and credit requirements for different programs, publications and a research thesis. The thesis shall be the report of research work characterized by either discovery of new facts or a new interpretation of known facts and theory, or an independent design and development, or development of new instrument/technology. The degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) of the Bennett University shall be conferred on a scholar who fulfill all the requirements specified in Ph.D. Ordinances and Regulations.
