Yes, colleges like bu jhansi, csjmu kanpur, etc.

For bu jhansi the hostel fee consist of Rs. 2000 refundable security, Rs. 5000 admission charges for furniture and fixtures and accommodation charges of Rs. 5200/- for 06 months (i,e up to Dec.There are common room in Hostel where meetings takes place and mess food is also good and affordable as well. 2 people share the room and there's a common washroom for 3 rooms.

For csjmu kanpur t here are 3 hostels in university, in which 2 are for boys & 1 is for girls which are separated totally from boys hostel fees for boys hostel Rs 22000 (mess) + Rs 18000 (hostel). Fees for girls hostel is 40,000 rupees annually If one is willing to pursue PG then he should apply for anywhere else because pursuing UG from this university may be best but not PG Fees of M.pharma.  Rs 87000 rupees annually Food of the hostel is of average having not much taste but one can feed it in either way Mess fee Rs 22000(INR) I would like to give an A+ grade for the quality of classrooms, labs, libraries & for wifi.

According to your query the comparison between BU jhansi and AITH kanpur. I would personally recommend you that biotechnology in both these colleges are almost at same level but frankly speaking , in india biotechnology has very less scope irrespective of the college you choose. So if you want to choose then you can go for kanpur as this has a wider scope.

According to Gujarat State domicile criteria for NEET the following Candidates are eligible for 85% State Quota:

• Those Candidates who have been born in Gujarat and have completed their 10th and 12th from Gujarat  (do not need domicile certificate)
• Born out of Gujarat but have completed their 10th and 12th in Gujarat( need domicile certificate)
• Born in Gujarat but haven't studied their 10th and 12th in Gujarat (need domicile certificate)

Because you studied upto 10th in Gujarat but moved to Rajasthan only for your 11th and 12th, you will be eligible for Gujarat 85% State Quota. But you need to produce a domicile certificate stating that you have been in Gujarat for 10 years consecutively
