72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by the Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the Master’s Degree/ M.Tech. in any stream of Chemical Sciences with 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ differently-abled candidates). UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degrees) Regulations, 2016 and as amended from time to time will be applicable

Admission to all Programmes shall be based on the merit of the students in Entrance Test of CUET.
