36 MonthsPh.D. program in Media Studies shall be for a minimum duration of three years, Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned and offered by the Central University of Karnataka, Gulbarga.
Eligibility Criteria
M.Phil. with course work or Master’s Degree in Media Studies / Mass Communication & Journalism FF from any University or its equivalent in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC, ST, OBC {NON CREAMY LAYER}, PWD and Kashmiri Migrant and non-migrants Students), preceded by a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree of three years duration from a recognized University/Institute.
