M.Sc Bioinformatics at CUSB Offline Course

This is a two-year full-time post graduate degree course of Central University of South Bihar, Patna

The two year (four semesters) Post Graduate Bioinformatics Programme gears up the students towards research, not only providing them with basics understanding of the subject but also inculcates in them the thirst for applied research in the frontiers area like System Biology and non-coding RNA. Analytical techniques and management and analysis of biological databases are also taught since there has been a paradigm shift in theoretical biology from the reductionist approach of molecular biology to an integrative approach of treating the cell as a system.
