Jiwaji University Gwalior has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Students are also provided training programmes on personality development and communication skills and help them prepare better for the recruitment process. The Institute also makes sure that they can help most of the students getting placed into various companies by helping them in every possible way. Jiwaji University also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical and Reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final Interview and Written test. Invitation- The T&P cell of Jiwaji University Gwalior coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Registration- Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.
Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates with Jiwaji University to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including Written Test, Group discussion and Interview.
Pre-Placement Talk- Students of Jiwaji University Gwalior are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware about the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
Written Test- Students of the Institute also need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
Group Discussion & Interview- Students of Jiwaji University who will qualify the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. The placements in Jiwaji University are pretty average packages not exceeding 5 Lacs. It does not have any long list of core companies visiting the campus but for sure a long list of companies visiting the campus. Companies like Grasim Industries, Indian Oil, Johnson & Johnson, Polaris, Voltas, Bajaj, SAIL, etc visiting the campus regularly.

Moreover the number of companies visiting the college for campus placement are very less and take in a very few students.
Jiwaji University is a government college. Facilities provided in college are good. Teachers are experienced and helpful.
But placements are not good. There is no proper placement cell for training. But yes faculties are good, teaching methods are also good, you can try for competitive exams after studying in this college .
They do not provide proper placements or internship programs but they are improving in terms of placements.
They focus more on academic performance and make students that much capable of searching for a good job on basis of their capabilities , skills and knowledge.
