Master of Science (M.Sc) in Forest Biology and Tree Improvement is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the College of Forestry, Solan (Nauni) at Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni.


Eligibility Criteria

BSc (Hons) Forestry/BSc Forestry 4 years programme under ICAR-AU system (SAUs/ CAUs/CU’s with Agriculture faculty). If seats remain vacant, the candidates having B Sc with 2-years Ranger Certificate course, BSc (Hons) Biotechnology/ B.Tech Biotechnology, BSc (Hons) Agriculture/ BSc Agriculture 4-years programme under ICARAU system (SAUs/ CAUs)/CU’s with Agriculture faculty) shall be considered on merit basis in the order of preference. However, if seats still remain vacant the candidates with BSc Medical under ICAR-AU system (SAUs/ CAUs/CU’s with Agriculture faculty) or UGC recognized Universities will be considered on merit basis.
