36 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the MSc Environmental Science/ MSc (Forestry) Environmental Management with research thesis/ dissertation in partial fulfillment of the programme under ICAR-AU system (SAUs/ CAUs/CU’s with Agriculture Faculty) with an OGPA of 6.50/10 (65% marks). In case, the seats remain vacant, the candidates with M Sc Forestry/Horticulture/Agriculture and its allied disciplines shall be considered on merit basis.
