The Electrical Engineering stream, which is very relevant to the requirement of modern fast developing industries, is the evergreen branch and mother of all engineering branches related to the Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

The Department of Electrical Engineering offers a regular four year B. Tech. program in Electrical Engineering as well as post graduate program in Power Electronics & Drives. In addition to the strong undergraduate program in Electrical Engineering, the department has world class infrastructure & teaching facilities. The infrastructure and lab facilities are up to the international standards and provide adequate opportunities for students and researchers to learn and innovate the technological skills. The department has distinguished faculty from renowned institutes in India and abroad. The faculty of the department has been constantly carrying out research on many cutting edge technologies and regularly publish papers in IEEE and other top international journals. The department also plans to undertake many research projects sponsored by both the government and the industry.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Electronics/Engineering Graphics/Technical Vocational Subjects in Class XIIth.

Students with a CUET / SAT (DI Code - 71057 ) score will be given preference in the merit list
For Lateral Entry:
Passed Diploma examination with at least 50% marks in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
Or
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. Or
Passed B.Voc/3-year D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
For Migration from Other Universities:
1) B.E./B.Tech Ist year minimum 50% marks or equivalent
2) 50% PCM or above at XII level.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at galgotias university is one of the best i greater noida. The 52-acre campus is modern and well maintained with smart classrooms, a beautiful library, and full WiFi access but only in blocks. hostel facilities are also good with well - maintained rooms,proper security, decent food. The campus environment is chill and student friendly which makes college life enjoyable.

Very good experience so far.

College Infrastructure

Galgotias University has a campus. It looks really good. Has good facilities. It has good things like: * Classrooms with smart technology * Internet access everywhere * Computer labs * A big library * An auditorium * Sports grounds * Hostels * Cafeterias * A gym * A medical center Galgotias University also has spaces for students to do activities. The campus is really big. Has everything students need.

College Infrastructure

And alright overhead to be honest but the tack events are good but the faculty is not that smart I feel like it's overhape college with lot of fees the campus is great though it's very big and lot of space
