The B. Tech in Mechatronics Engineering is a multidisciplinary 4 -years undergraduate program that integrates the principles of Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer science, Control engineering, and Systems design to create smart and automated systems. This program is designed to prepare students to meet the growing demands of the automation, robotics, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and embedded systems industries.

Mechatronics engineers are equipped to design and develop intelligent systems and products—such as drones, autonomous vehicles, robotic arms, industrial automation solutions, and smart consumer devices—that seamlessly combine mechanical components with intelligent control and computing systems.

Students in this program are exposed to a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience through labs, industrial training, live projects, and research opportunities. The curriculum focuses on building problem-solving skills, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) in Class XIIth.

Students with a JEE-Mains / JEE-Advance/CUET / SAT (DI Code - 71057 ) score will be given preference in the merit list

For Lateral Entry:
Passed Diploma examination with at least 50% marks in relevant discipline of Engineering and Technology.
Or
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. Or
Passed B.Voc/3-year D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

For Migration from Other Universities:
1) B.E./B.Tech Ist year minimum 50% marks or equivalent
2) 50% PCM or above at XII level.
