The University has a boys' hostel.  Each student has the provision for storing valuables in their lockers. Besides, there is medical help and counselors on call, internet stations, convenience stores, emergency services, an ambulance on call, multi-activity playing grounds, and Laundry services. 

The University has a Girls' hostel.  Each student has the provision for storing valuables in their lockers. Power back-up, Housekeeping, Hot water for a bath (6:00 am to 7:30 am), Safe drinking water, Study Hall, Stationery Stores, Wi-fi, CCTVs at vantage points, Security 24/7, ATMs are available for quick access to cash.

The University has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff. Students can upload and download necessary files as and when needed. 

The University has a Gym facility for the students. This facility helps the students to create and innovate ideas. 

The University has a convenience store facility for students. (like, a photocopying facility and stationery)

The University has Banks/ATM facilities for all students. This facility helps the students to manage finances easily.

The University has sports facilities for all students. Indoor and out door sports facilities are available that may include cricket, chess, carroms, badminton and many others.

The University Library plays a vital role in providing Information Sources and Services to the members of the library. The University library has a huge collection of Information sources in various fields like Books, Periodicals, Thesis, Dissertations, Bibliographies, OPAC services, References, and reference services.

The University events and engagements are conducted by three verticals of Garden City University, namely NSS, NCC, and Academic departments, in collaboration or independently.
