There are many reasons due to which a site goes down and we are unable to fill the form, the major reason is a massive rush on the site, which it can't sustain and it crashes and so may have happened with you. As on the last day people filling the forms are very large in number so you have faced such issue.

Now coming to your question HPU  Ms.c  entrance admit card is already released. Please go and check it. If you already check it then leave.
