BA LLB Hons at ICFAI University, Raipur Offline Course

• Pass with 50% and above aggregate marks in Class XII or equivalent in any discipline (Best of the 5 subjects including English). Scores of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and the ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2025) will be given weightage. Students appearing for final examinations and awaiting results are also eligible for admission.
• Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age as on the day of commencement of the program. However, the changes if any made to age limitation by the BCI from time to time will be followed.

Final year students who have not received the original certificates from the Board / University by August 01, 2026 will be admitted provisionally. Their admission will be confirmed subject to their passing the qualifying examination and meeting the minimum requirements as indicated above. The registration of the candidates not meeting the criteria by September 14, 2026 will be cancelled. In such cases, admission fee will be forfeited and only 50% of the semester fee will be refunded after notifying the cancellation of the seat by the University.

For the purpose of determining eligibility, based on aggregate percentage of marks for the respective program, the procedure used by the respective Board / University in award of the Certificate / Degree will only be taken into consideration. All applicants should have completed a minimum of 12 years of formal education for UG programs and minimum 15 years of formal education for PG programs by August 01, 2026. Applicants who have completed their graduation on a one-time sitting basis or on a 2-year basis are not eligible for admission to the MBA Program.
