Though IIITs are generally good and are a brand name in India, the case with IIIT Trichy is a different story. It was established in 2013 and they still do not have a permanent campus. Currently it is running in NIT Trichy and even the faculty is shared. So you are bound to face problems in studies and placement. Moreover their fees is too high, close to 2.5 Laks per year.
I'd suggest that you go for other options which have proven placement records by investing the same money.
I can provide you the 2018 cutoff of all the colleges you have asked for.
These Opening Ranks (OR) and Closing Ranks (CR) were for the OBC-NCL candidates, so you can get a clear idea of your selection.
In 2018, after Round 7-
OR- 9,175 and CR- 13,276
OR- 8,609 and CR- 12,696
OR- 8,258 and CR- 10,693
OR- 8,676 and CR- 9,633
Unfortunately, it will not be possible for you to take admission in either of these IIIT's.
Hope this helps you.
All the best!!!!
