12 MonthsOne-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (ePGPx) is a composite delivery mode (online/offline) programme. The focus of the programme is on general management orientation and practical knowledge with an emphasis on inculcating exemplary leadership in challenging managerial situations.
Duration of the programme will be one year. This will include total 500 interactive sessions with a mix of Offline Sessions, Online Sessions, and Project Work. •

Session Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

There will be three mandatory in-campus modules (Offline Sessions at IIM Rohtak) at the beginning of each term. There will be total of 21 days of on-campus classes
Online Sessions will be scheduled thrice a week on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Friday (Evening): 2 Sessions
• Saturday (Evening): 2 Sessions
• Sunday (Morning): 4 - 6 Sessions
Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
- 5 Years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience at the time of application.
Admission Details
Candidates who fulfill the above-mentioned minimum criteria and want to apply for the program should qualify in any of the following competitive exams to appear for the Personal Interview.
- Valid CAT / GMAT/ GRE / GATE score obtained in the last 5 years
- Group A officers inducted through UPSC exam.
- IIMR-Entrance Test*(for those without CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE scores)
The candidates will be evaluated and screened in the first stage. The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed, and final offers will be made.
