• Candidates whose names are on the merit list prepared by Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Gujarat (ACPC) based on scores obtained by candidates in GUJCET/JEE are eligible to participate in counselling.
• It must be noted that the final merit list will be prepared by giving 60% weightage to the 10+2th (or equivalent) percentile and 40% weightage to the GUJCET/JEE percentile.(as per latest ACPC rules and regulations for merit calculation)
• ACPC conducts the counselling sessions and seat allotment process in an online mode.
• Candidates must choose Indrashil University, School of Engineering as their preferred choice for B.Tech admission during the choice filling and locking round.

• A master’s degree with 55% is the minimum eligibility for Indrashil University Ph.D. admission.

• Eligible candidates must apply for admission.

• As per the admission criteria, candidates have to appear for Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET).

• JRF-qualified candidates are exempted from the written test but will be required to appear for an interview. 

• All the shortlisted candidates including aspirants exempted from the written test have to appear for an interview.

• The final selection of candidates is made based on the written test and interview.
