The university offers courses at three levels - undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral. Indrashil University's course list includes a total of 22 courses. Students have a hold a B.Sc. in a relevant subject from a recognised university to be eligible for Indrashil University PG admission. At the doctoral level, the university offers Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in five specialisations - Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biosciences, Computer Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
