The course enables the scholar to understand the concept of various instruments; enabling and regulating both domestic and international business. It includes the laws relating to Corporate Finances, Mergers and Acquisitions, Takeovers, Intellectual Property, Corporate Social Responsibility etc. The Post-Graduate with specialization in Business Laws is empowered with ability to analytically study both global and domestic legal regulations related to corporate and provide competent consultancies.
CRIMINAL LAW & CRIMINAL JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION
- LL.M with specializations in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Administration provides a scholastic approach to the philosophy and concept related to the ‘Crime’ and its occurrence. This course begins with a detailed learning and understanding of the criminal jurisprudence in both the domestic and global connotations. The course includes a detailed study of the national laws regulating crime and criminal justice administration. Further, the course also includes an exposure to the international treaties and laws relating to crime. The course enables the student to develop the skill to study and critically examine various international mechanisms for criminal justice administration system and provide reasonable solutions. The specialization enables the post-graduate of law to analytically evaluate the contemporary criminal justice administration system of not only India but to compare it with the laws enforced around the globe. The scholar will be able to devise and propose the changes in the existing system so that it can be developed and evolved in such a manner so as to meet the expectations of all the stakeholders.
