72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy(Ph.D.) program in Law shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned offered by Jagannath University, Jaipur.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate for admission to the degree of Ph.D. must have obtained the Masters Degree with at least 55% marks (CGPA 5.5 - 6 in a scale of 10) of any recognized University (50% for SC / ST /Physically and visually handicapped candidates).
