The Applicants must have completed their bachelor's degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern with a minimum aggregate of 50 % marks. If you belong from the ARTS stream of class 12th then do not worry. You can still apply for MCA course in JNU delhi, providing you must have Mathematics in your graduation level.

The eligibility criteria for MCA at JNU states that :

Candidates must have BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree with a minimum 55% aggregate OR BSc/ BCom/ BA with Mathematics at Class 12 or at graduation level with a minimum 55% aggregate.

I would suggest you not to study from pdf as studying from books is altogether different and more helpful. Also there might be some errors in pdf of books available online or they might be of older edition which may create problem.

Sorry to say but Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University will only admit students for their UG programs based on CUET UG.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) unlocked the CUET 2022 registration window on May 27. The candidates could only apply for CUET UG 2022 till May 31 (9 pm). This has closed now. The last date to fill out the CUET application form 2022 was first shut down on May 22. The CUET 2022 enrollments for UG programmes commenced on April 6. The authorized web address for CUET (UG) exam is cuet.Samarth.ac.in.

Previously known as CUCET, the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET UG) is the national-level online exam for entries to the numerous UG programmes at 44 central universities and 36 other institutes. CUET exam date 2022 might be the first and next week of July 2022. CUET 2022 will be carried out in 547 cities all over India. Counselling and entries via the CUET exam will be university-particular.

As per your query it's little difficult to say which one is best but from some factor we can decide which one is better

Establishment : Jaipur National University is established 2007 on the other hand Poornima University is established on 2012, both are private Universities.

Fees and Salary: Fees of Jaipur National University is 1.44 lakhs for 3 years of B.Com and highest salary is 27 LPA and Fees of Poornima University is 1.40 lakhs for 3 years of B.Com and highest salary is 25.33 LPA

Accreditation and Approval: Jaipur National University is UGC approved and has NAAC B accreditation on the other hand Poornima university is UGC Approved and Jaipur National University has more facilities than Poornima University

So, now according to me Jaipur National University is better option than Poornima University

JNU admission 2022 for PG and ADOP programs will be accomplished through the CUET PG exam. Aspirants who want to in applying for PG courses such as M.A, M.Sc, MCA, MPH, M.Tech, PG Diploma, and ADOP programs are expected to apply for CUET PG on the authorized website - cuet.nta.nic.in. The final date for submission of the CUET PG 2022 application form is June 18, 2022.  JNU is presently approving applications for PGD and ADOP programs admission 2022. Candidates eager for applying for PG courses such as M.A, M.Sc, MCA, MPH, M.Tech, PG Diploma, and ADOP programs are expected to apply for the CUET PG exam.  CUET PG 2022 application form is accessible on the accepted website - cuet.nta.nic.in. CUET PG 2022 exam is anticipated to be administered in the 4th week of July 2022. The final nomination of students will be established on the merit list published by the university on the footing of CUET marks. No viva voce exam will be carried out for entry to UG and PG courses.
