Hello,
Fine arts will be considered as top four subjects in universities like DU, JNU,BHU etc.
Some colleges withhold 2.5% from the percentage obtained using the fine art marks if it is an additional course.
Note that it also depends on the college and the course.
I thus advise you to browse the websites of several universities in order to get information.
