36 MonthsThe duration of this curricular program is of “THREE Years” and the maximum duration is of “SIX Years” (3+3 years) from the year of admission. The student who fails to complete the program within “SIX Years” shall seek admission afresh.
A student who wishes to take up examination after the expiry of the afore mentioned time limit shall write application to The Registrar (Evaluation), Karnataka State Open University, Mukthagangothri, Mysuru-570006, Karnataka, India. The University may accord permission to conduct examination for the prevailing syllabus of the relevant year.
Eligibility Criteria
(a) The student should have passed Class XII in the Science stream from any recognized board.
(b) II PUC Science with Mathematics as one of the subject passed from Karnataka State Pre University Board
(c) II PUC Commerce (Mathematics/Statistics/Accountancy as one of the subject) passed from Karnataka State Pre University Board.
(d) XII passed in Science and Commerce combinations (Mathematics/Statistics/Accountancy as one of the subject) from CBSE/ ICSE/ HSC Boards.
(e) II PUC/ +2/ 12th standard passed in science stream from other State recognized boards.
(f) Three years Diploma with Mathematics as one of the subject
(g) Any other examinations in science stream considered as equivalent there to.
