Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed Three Years B.A./ B.Sc./ B.A. (Performing Arts) Degree Examination of any recognized University offering Kannada as a Major/ Optional subject at the Degree level or an examination of any University considered equivalent thereto
- Candidates who have qualified the “Kannada Pandit” Examination conducted by the Government of Karnataka.
- Graduates who have qualified “Kannada Ratna” examination conducted by the Kannada Sahitya Parishath, Bengaluru.
- Candidates who have qualified the three years B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. degree examination offering Kannada as second language or as a minor subject at the degree level provided they have obtained not less than 50 percent of the maximum marks in the above language/ subject.
