The library of MGAHV is well-stocked with all the relevant journals, newspapers, magazines, and research materials. It provides a peaceful environment for the students to study and prepare for their examinations.

The University has a central library with Wi-Fi, and computer labs are also available for researchers.

MGAHV has a separate hostel for boys. It has spacious rooms with an attached bathroom, study tables, almirah, and beds. The hostel also has a warden and security guard to manage the routine activities of the hostel. A mess is also available that serves hygienic and well-cooked meals. 

The institute also has a girls hostel with similar amenities to that of boys hostel. The hostel has good accommodation facilities to accommodate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year students.

MGAHV features a well-established IT infrastructure. It is equipped with high-speed internet and several computers. It assists the academic facilities of the institute. 

MGAHV also offers transportation facilities to and from the institute. The institute has its own fleet of buses and cabs to pick up the students from their residences. 

The University has a offers an option for the creative development of students and researchers at different levels. In this direction, the Sports Department was established for the physical development of the students. Various sports have been organized through this department, in which the 28-member team under the leadership of Shri Amit Roy (lecturer, tele-education program), in charge of sports in December 2007, participated in the 23rd West Zone Inter-University Youth Festival, Gwalior. They participated and did commendable work. In September 2008, a cricket competition was held on the premises of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, in which the MA was completed. For staff and students’ family members, the institute also provides guest/waiting rooms. It offers a comfortable environment for the family members.

MGAHV gym has all the necessary equipment and technologies along with a physical fitness trainer. 

The institute also has a cafeteria for staff and students with hygienically prepared dishes. It also provides a comfortable environment for the students to interact with one another during breaks.

Department-specific laboratories are also provided by MGAHV. It has state-of-the-art infrastructure and modern equipment.
