Mahapandit Rahul Sankrityayan Central Library is a two-storied building in which more than one lakh twenty-two thousand books of various disciplines are kept for use by classifying them on the shelves according to the DDC (Dewey decimal classification) classification system. Apart from the Central Library, every school, center, and department has its separate departmental libraries. The Central Library campus is equipped with a Wi-Fi facility and a computer lab facility is also available for research scholars. An adequate number of printed magazines and journals are also procured for students and researchers and for e-journals the Central Library is a member of JCCC, J-Store, J-Gate, Springer Link, and Economic and Political Weekly. Free e-journals are also accessed. Central Library uses Koha software for library automation and management and D. Space software is being used for the development of the Institutional Research Repository (IR). Web OPAC has been developed for information storage and retrieval. The Central Library building has been constructed keeping in mind the differently-abled people/users. The Central Library remains open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

The hostel also has a reading room, computer lab with wi-fi capability, state-of-the-art gymnasium with indoor games, and a common hall. The university has a provision of mess for the inmates on a subsidy basis. All the departments of the university are located within walking distance of the hostel.

The University offers an option for the creative development of students and researchers at different levels. In this direction, the Sports Department was established for the physical development of the students. Various sports have been organized through this department, in which the 28-member team under the leadership of Shri Amit Roy (lecturer, tele-education program), in charge of sports in December 2007 by the University for the first time in the 23rd West Zone Inter-University Youth Festival, Gwalior Participated and done commendable work. MGAHV campus is quiet and green, good for MA English students who need focus. Classrooms are basic but clean. English department has normal facilities. Library is helpful for literature, criticism, and research books. Buildings are old in some areas, but study environment is calm.

The central library is useful for MA students, with reference books and journals related to history. The campus is wide and green, though some academic blocks need better maintenance.

Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindu Vishwavidyalaya is a central university, the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized board with 50% aggregate, in case of reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%, admission is done through the entrance test conducted by the university.
