A candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent with first class in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering & Planning/ Civil Environmental Engineering/ Civil Technology/ Construction Engineering/ Construction Technology) from any recognized university in the concerned discipline.
