24 MonthsMaster of Computer Application (MCA) is a two years full-time course postgraduate offered by North Eastern Hill University, Shillong.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed a Bachelor‟s Degree of minimum of 3 years duration by securing a minimum of 50% (45% in case of SC/ST) marks or equivalent grade point in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institute and also having passed Mathematics paper at 10+2 or graduation level are eligible for admission to the programme.
Admission Details
Admission will be on the basis of the marks secured at the qualifying examination and the entrance test. Candidates who have passed in Computer Science or Computer Application at the degree level will be given an additional 5% marks.

College Infrastructure
I feel the infrastructure is basic but acceptable. The hostels are good but not great, especially for boys. The Wi-Fi facility is not great, especially in hostels. I had to survive without it. Labs are fine. Classrooms are fine.
