(1/4)(10th %)+(1/4)(12th PCM/PCB average %)+(1/4)(Marks secured in OUAT UG entrance test) but you have not mentioned your 12th PCM/PCB average %. As you have got 85 percentile in OUAT I think your OUAT weightage will be good enough to get BSC
