Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology at Parul University, Vadodara Offline Course

The Diploma degree program in Operation Theatre Technology is a three year program offered by the Department of Paramedical and Health Sciences. The faculty seeks to develop the foundation of students' knowledge who will learn the basic skill sets and abilities used to work during operations and surgical treatments of patients. Through its league of expert faculties and lecturers, the faculty creates a platform for a comprehensive theoretical and practical learning process. Due to its practical orientation, the program exposes students to a series of laboratory exercises and experimentations and upon their understanding it goes on to expose a practical hands on training through involving them in procedures conducted by expert doctors and surgeons. The program curriculum is strategically designed to expose the student to various studies in the areas and aspects of utilizing numerous diagnostic equipments such as ventilators, monitors, defibrillators, C-arm etc. and also patient assessment abilities. It goes on train the students to develop effective skills which are vital towards providing and ensuring the highest form of quality patient care and treatment. The faculty is equipped with a 750 bedded multi-specialty hospital  which is equipped with state of the art facilities for conducting operations and surgeries, while at the same time providing students with the most comprehensive practical experience.
