The B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) at Rungta University is a five-year integrated undergraduate programme designed to build a strong foundation in law, commerce, and business governance. The programme combines core legal education with commerce and business disciplines such as accounting, finance, taxation, and business management, enabling students to understand the legal framework governing corporate and financial systems. Through a curriculum aligned with Bar Council of India guidelines and contemporary legal education standards, students gain expertise in areas such as corporate law, taxation law, banking and insurance law, commercial contracts, and legal research.
