36 MonthsPsychology is a branch of science which deals with the scientific study of mental functions and behaviour. The field includes the study of various fields such as Memory, Learning, Environment & Behaviour, Practicals including Observation & Suggestion, Habit Interference and so on. After the completion of Bachelor of Arts course in Psychology, the aspirants have a wide scope in terms of both higher studies as well as in securing a job. Various post graduate and doctoral courses are available in India in the field of Psychology. The aspirants can also secure a bright career in the allied fields after the completion of under graduate programme in Psychology.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who are appearing in the respective qualifying examination prescribed for eligibility for admission to a particular program of study are considered eligible for appearing in the entrance examination. However, in the event of their selection they are granted admission subject to their securing the prescribed percentage of marks in the qualifying examination and submission of all documents including final mark sheet of the qualifying examination. The SC/ST. and Physically Challenged (Handicapped) candidates who have passed the qualifying examination irrespective of their percentage of marks are eligible to appear in the Entrance Examination.
