B.Des. Fashion & Apparel Design is a undergraduate course on Fashion. This is a professional intensive and extensive design program. It aims to produce dynamic design professionals equipped with profound creative and technical skills based on fashion designing. It is a study of creating and molding budding aspirants to bring out original designs in garments, allied fashion products and accessories based on ever-changing trends.

Fashion Design is an extremely lucrative course, especially in India where the fashion industry is growing exponentially with several leading brands investing heavily and making an impact at the global level.

Eligibility Criteria

B. Des. 4 Year Degree Program: Prospective students should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school board. A Minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 is required to secure admission in this degree course.
B. Des. Lateral Entry: Prospective students who want to take admission directly in 2nd year of any B. Des. program must have at least 50% mark in 10+3 program (Diploma) in respective domain. Admission of such candidates is subjected to the policy guideline and rule laid by the academic council

Admission Details

Admission in Institute of Design, SAGE University Indore is done through AIDAT (All India Design Aptitude Test) or SEE (Sage Entrance Examination) followed by Interview. Admissions of all eligible candidate to all courses offered by Institute of Design, SAGE University Indore are done on the basis of interview and merit on the marks of the qualifying examination. The admission procedure should be completed before the commencement of the academic session or the last date of the admission as decided by the Academic Council.

I am studying in bachelors of design of sage University which is quite good place and having large space and some of the greatest seminar hole of all over college and the space is very clean and green it is situated on the mountains.

The food that is provided in the canteen is really hygienic and clean many supporting staff are there and their way of serving is also good or block is designing which is the most beautiful institute of sage University.

Infrastructure wise the institute of designing in sage University is amazing having all the facilities and every wall is decorated with some kind of paintings and different type of design the biggest auditorium of sage University is present in the institute of designing that is kalpvriksh auditorium.
