MPH at SRMU Lucknow Offline Course

Master in Public Health (MPH) is a post-graduate program that aims at orienting students with theoretical principles and practical dimensions of public health. It deliberates on escalating importance of public health from local to global level.

Master in Public Health is an interdisciplinary programme in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The programme focuses on training human resources in the field of public health, with a strong understanding of the determinants of health and the public health system in India. The course contains the community context and global scenario of public health system, policy and management in developing countries, epidemiology research methodology, biostatistics and computer application in health research social demography and population control, gender, aging and society, financial management and budgeting, communication in healthcare, RMNCH+A, integration of AYUSH with public health and ethics and legislations in public health. It includes the specialization in Epidemiology, Program Policy and Planning, Health Administration and Communication, and Sanitation and Waste Management with concurrent field work.
