SAU Delhi provides admission for B.Tech and B.Tech+M.Tech (integrated) in various specialisations. SAU Delhi duration of B.Tech programmes is 4 years, and for Integrated B.Tech+M.Tech is 5 years. • Candidates must qualify 10+2 in the Science stream (having mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects) with a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate.

SAU Delhi offers doctoral programmes with various specialisations such as biotechnology, computer science, economics, international relations, and many more. SAU Delhi also offers executive Ph.D programmes in various specialisations like sociology, mathematics, physics, economics, etc. The duration of these programmes is 5 years.
