Hence you might secure seat in CHE and MEC branches.

You can have different perspectives for this answer. As you know, AU and SVU are government colleges. Which means they'll have experienced faculties, very low tution fee, rich college heritage, College branding and very rich alumni network. You'll miss out on all of these at KLU. You might have a very good infrastructure at KLU and they might bring more companies for placements, if you don't manage to get a job in campus it would be very difficult for you outside campus as KLU doesn't have the branding that AU and SVU has. These are some of the factors that they consider.
