congrats for a great score in neet and you further didn't mention further caregory but you can get following government colleges...
1. Great Eastern Medical School and Hospital, Srikakulam.
2. NRI Institute of Medical Sciences, Sangivalasa.
you can get these colleges according to last year cutoff.

Dear Bharath, under State Quota in 2018, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences gave a seat to 513 marks under OBC category. And usually the difference between AIQ and State Quota is approximayely give or take 50-75 marks. With 423 marks, it is going to be a tough call . Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You need atleast 500 and above for a seat in this college.

You will surely get a govt. Medical seat with such good marks under any category. But the thing is you may have to wait to get a seat in SVU region domicile. But the security lies in the list of last year's cutoff. As per the trend of last year, it is clear that you will get a govt. Seat for MBBS.

Last year, a minimum score of 427 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, anantapur. For government colleges, fees are same for all categories. For instance, Osmania medical college, Gandhi medical college, for Kakatiya medical college etc, the standard fees is about Rs. 11,000. This fee has to be paid six times, which includes the admission fee paid upon college confirmation.
For Private medical colleges:
A category has a fees of Rs. 60,000 per annum.
B category has a fee of Rs. 11 lakh per annum.
C category has a fee of Rs. 25-30 lakhs per annum.

MCA or Master of computer Applications is a three year post graduate degree course that deals with computer Applications. It gives specialization to BCA. The Eligiblity criteria for this qualifying is BCA or any other graduation degree.
SVU offers various UG and PG vourses as well as Diploma courses also.
Yes, lateral entry is available for MCA here. This course is for three years. It admissions are based on the common Entrance Test and merit basis.

Very bad infrastructure no basic laboratory equipments, all equipments are only allowed to use by staff, as of July 2024 laboratories are under construction, maybe it is developed in upcoming years...

College Infrastructure
This college is located in the middle of city. We have the emergency medical services. All the necessary infrastructure and facilities are there. Wifi, smart boards, geysers, acs are a few of them. Hostel food is very delicious.
