Hello there, last year candidates who secured 420+ from BC category were given seats. few cut offs or different government colleges from last year are here
Government medical College, Anantapur. 427 marks for BC category.
ACSR government medical College.. 436 marks (BC category)
Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences,. 446 marks (for BC category)
As per this data, you can know that you have decent chances of getting admission in medical College. but the other factors also do matter, also the cutoff this year may rise because paper was moderate easy therefore, you can say have chances but seat is still on the edge .
Let's hope for the best though.
Thank you

Hello student,
With a score of around 450 in BC a category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 427 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, anantapur. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
